By using this website or placing an order with Artboxhub, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before ordering.

Artboxhub sells creative art & craft kits for individuals, gifting, and bulk/corporate orders.

Placing an order through our website or WhatsApp is a request to buy, not a guaranteed sale. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before it's dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if the contact number provided is invalid or unreachable, an item is out of stock, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we'll try to let you know.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. The price confirmed with you at the time of order confirmation is the price that applies to your order.

We don't process online payments through this website. Payment method and timing (e.g. UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery) are arranged directly with you when we confirm your order.

Bulk order quote requests are enquiries, not confirmed orders. We'll follow up on the WhatsApp number you provide to discuss pricing, quantities, and timelines.

You can request to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched by contacting us. If you've already paid for an order that we cancel or that you cancel before dispatch, we'll refund you using the same payment method where possible.

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our kits, but actual colours and contents may vary slightly from what's shown on the website.

The Artboxhub name, logo, and website content belong to Artboxhub and may not be used without our permission.

Artboxhub is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
