Yes — all our art & craft kits use 100% non-toxic materials, so they're safe for children to use.

Our shop is in Sangam Vihar, South Delhi. You can visit us in person, or order online and we'll arrange delivery within South Delhi.

Right now we deliver within South Delhi only. If you're further out, you can still pick up your order from our Sangam Vihar shop, or message us on WhatsApp to check if an exception is possible.

We don't process online payments through the website. Once your order is confirmed, we'll arrange payment directly with you — UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, whichever's easiest for you.

Definitely — our kits are a popular choice for birthdays, festivals, and return gifts. They're ready to enjoy straight out of the box, no assembly or extra shopping required from the person receiving it.

Yes — we offer special pricing on bulk orders of 20+ kits, perfect for corporate gifting, workshops, birthday return favors, or school activities. Send us your requirement via the Bulk Orders form or WhatsApp and we'll get back to you with a quote.

From time to time we host in-person painting and craft events where kids come together for a guided, hands-on creative session. Check the Events page for what's currently open for registration.

Register on the event's page — your seat is reserved as soon as you submit the form. Since we don't take online payments, you then pay the entry fee via UPI and send a screenshot on WhatsApp, or pay in person at the shop; our team confirms it on our side once received.

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know and we'll sort out cancellations on a case-by-case basis. If your entry fee hasn't been paid yet, there's nothing to refund — the seat is simply released.
