We deliver across India via courier — enter your pincode at checkout to see the couriers, delivery estimate, and cost available for your exact location. If you're in Delhi NCR, you can also choose to pick up your order in person from our Sangam Vihar shop, free of charge.

Orders are typically packed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is specific to your pincode and courier choice — typically 3–7 business days depending on distance from Delhi. Store pickup orders are usually ready the same day. Bulk/corporate orders may take longer; we'll share a timeline when we confirm those.

Shipping cost depends on your order's weight, size, and delivery pincode — you'll see the exact charge for each available courier at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises. Store pickup is always free.

You can cancel an order yourself from My Orders free of charge, any time before it ships. If you paid online, the full amount is refunded automatically to your original payment method — typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled here — please contact us directly. If you refuse delivery or the courier can't reach you, we'll process your refund once the package is back with us.
