We currently deliver within South Delhi only. If you're outside this area, you're welcome to pick up your order in person from our Sangam Vihar shop, or message us on WhatsApp to check if we can make an exception. For bulk/corporate orders, reach out to us directly to confirm delivery to your location.

Every order is confirmed with you by phone or WhatsApp before it's packed and shipped — make sure the mobile number you provide at checkout is correct so we can reach you.

Orders are typically packed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Because delivery is local to South Delhi, orders usually reach you quickly after they're packed — we'll confirm an exact timeline with you over WhatsApp when your order is placed. Bulk orders may take longer, and we'll share an estimated timeline when we confirm those too.

Local delivery charges (if any) depend on your order size and exact location, and will be shared with you when we confirm your order. Picking up from our Sangam Vihar shop is always free.
